I order take-out from this Outback about twice a week. My grilled chicken on the barb-e is always excellent, and the vegetables always fresh and steamed to perfection. The times I have dined in have been fine, but perhaps I am lucky or just not looking for things wrong/focusing on whether my waiter walked away from me too quickly or breathes too heavily while speaking. Hehe. The only recommendation I do have is to avoid the tuna appetizer at all costs. It was pretty salty and only came with ~6 little slices for 12 or 13$. Disappointing dish.

Had the Aussie Steak Tacos. Tasted okay, minimal amount of meat, though. Tortilla soup was good. Service, though, was not very good. Many issues, but the last if which was my water was never once refilled. After asking near the end of my meal, it still never was refilled. Probably won't return.

The level of grease on my food was horrible! My waiter Mathew, was really attentive and great. His level of service and their mac n cheese is the only reason they didn't get 1 star. Fries were floating in such grease that my 5 year old was even grossed out.

Always get full bb ribs at outback, but at this one was very disappointing, no taste, rough, and small, the Alice chicken just dull and overall expensive. Not going back to this one

Much improved! Manager really made an effort at this location. Introduced herself & invited us back to set things right. Have returned several times since. On the right track!

This place is bad, and they should feel bad. We came an hour before close, and the service was awful! I've worked in the restaurant industry before, and know that you get tired towards the end of your shift, but an HOUR before close does not give you reason to act like an absolute a**. The majority of workers were on their phones or talking with their friends that came to visit. It took us forever to get greeted, receive our bread, and more. Although my steak came out fine, they gave my mom a rare steak (when she ordered medium well). On top of the fact that it took them forever to even acknowledge her hand signs (we finished our meals by the time they noticed), they literally threw the same plate back on the grill. Her steak was cooked properly this time, but they reheated her baked potato at the same time making it crispy like a potato chip. Such a freaking fail! A new staff is needed ASAP. At least the manager was nice.

I'm going to have to say 5 stars for tonight's service. We ordered last minute, about 10 mins to close to be exact and the service was still up to par. When we arrived right at close and attended by a young and smiling woman. We had forgotten to let her know about out RetailMeNot coupon and I could see it in her face that she was gonna have to do all three receipts over, but she paused and did it with a smile. The food was ready for us and lots of extra bread was added. I'm gonna have to say this was the BEST steak in my outback history that I had eaten without one smidge of fat and perfectly medium well! I give it to the chef working late this past Monday night cause hands down the best outback meal I've ever had!

Well, I don't know why but the coconut shrimp here is not the usual coconut shrimp that I used to have. The dip also changes its taste, so what the hell happened when I am not around? I kinda love this place before but now, its not that good to me. And the service also has changed, you will know if you are eating here for a long time.

Waitress was a sweetheart... But.... Ordered a burger well done and got it rare, it was bleeding on my plate. The waitress was very attentive and sent it back right away. I don't mind my beef rare but rare burger meat is just nasty to me. My second burger I got was med rare, pink burger. Never going back.....

Fun times. Affordable prices. Attentive service. Fresh ingredients. A good place to eat some grub.

Go there all the time, the food was amazing. The waiter was very attentive, came to the table and made sure we had everything we needed. Their salads are amazing, I had a garden salad with Thousand Island dressing. My parents' Ceasar salad was fresh, croutons crunchy. I ordered a steak medium well with snow crabs. The crabs were meaty AND sweet. They always have reasonable prices.

Food is tasteful, service is normal, the menu is simple and affordable, food presentation superb!

VERY disappointed. Its slow and yet there is food all over the floor. The waiter won't pickup our dirty dishes, and keeps running away when we want to order something. I usually sit at the bar, and this time we had to sit in the normal seating area and it needs severe improvement. Management should do their job. This place is gross!

I've always played it safe and ordered the Alice Springs Chicken. But this time, I opted to go for the beef. So, I ordered the prime rib with baked potato and steamed vegetables. At first bite, I swear to you, I heard angels singing. I swear! They offered the meat cooked Aussie style and nicely seasoned or grilled. The waiter suggested that I order it Aussie style. I chose to have it cooked medium well. What a fantastic choice. The cut of meat was HUGE (I think it was 12 oz.) and came to the table super hot and tender. I must say that the medium well was done to perfection. Kudos to whomever was working the grill!! What a great meal. This is my new go to spot. See ya there!!

Place just gets worse and worse. Service, quality and presentation mean nothing for this location. It's really sad to see a homegrown chain restaurant be rated so low by so many patrons. A splash of potatoe, steak was tough, service was very bad. We ordered some apps and we only got 2 out of the 4. No good

It's so sad to say that the service at this location is TERRIBLE...!!! Let me start, I ordered a Strawberry Avion Rita so about thirty five minutes later (after everyone on my table received and drank the drinks ordered) they bring me a Strawberry Martini. Of course that's not what I ordered, so then I wait another fifteen minutes and they bring me a Ginger Splash - again Not the drink I ordered. It's been now 55 minutes of waiting for a drink. By this time I'm very upset and bothered by the situation so I ask for the manager - the most unpleasant and rude woman I've ever met. She is trying to convince me that the waitress brought me the correct drink, with an attitude and in a loud voice tells me that she will bring me the correct drink. Two minutes later the manager practically throws the drink on the table... By the way this glass is half full.... "Here is your drink" she said and walked away. The bread was cold. My friend ordered a steak salad and they over-cooked his steak - they had to re-do it. And of course every one else had their meal on the table except him. He had to wait another thirty minutes for his salad. My wife also ordered a salad and it only had three little pieces of cold steak. Also a disappointing meal. If there was a way not to put a star, that's how I would rate it, but unfortunately I am forced to put one star. Therefore, I am Definitely Never coming back to this place.

Seriously this isn't anything close to a steakhouse. Can't cook a good steak to a typical temperature. Bar service was good. But food and manager who brought my 2nd attempt of a medium rare steak out was a bit rude. Argued with me as to how medium rare is supposed to be. The steak came out medium raw not rare. Then they took it back and it came back on the medium side which apparently for her it was cool red center BS. I know my steak and temperature don't tell me a piece of meat that doesn't even bleed is rare. That was a raw piece of meat. Then it became a medium no blood piece of meat that might as well been a shoe sole. Bartenders wrre apologetic but it's not their fault. Like I said bar service great. Food not so great. Last time 8 months ago they screwed up and apparently they have not changed. So this review is a warning for those who really want a steak, go somewhere else. Shula's is not too far and they know steaks.

This location is typically packed. So it's always wise to call ahead which is what they recommend and we did. Upon arrival we waited only 5 minutes while there had been people waiting 30+ minutes. Word to the wise call ahead. The waiter was very friendly and helpful no complaints. We ordered the shrimp on the barbie appetizer and 2 filet's a 6oz and a 9oz. The Cesar that came with mine was very salty I would say above average on the salt, the actual steak which I ordered medium was good, no complaints and the sweet potato in the side was average but good. The shrimp was average, nothing that will wow you but good. It came with a little bit of lettuce in the side that was browning. I would figure the presentation on the dish could have been better, maybe a greener leaf or something different like arugula or kale, spinach something different that would have completed the dish better. For a average or "normal" meal when the wifey doesn't want to cook your in the clear. However, not the first date type of experience. Unless your in high school maybe :)

The worst outback I've ever been to. My work colleagues keep making me come back. The salads are consistently tiny and terrible. They have ice in them or attached to the plate. The ice melts in your salad or you get a piece in a bite. Lettuce is wilted and white. Nothing bad about the tuna, just that the portions are small whether you choose the small or large portion. The coconut shrimp isn't better. The breeding falls off and the condiment is too sweet. It has a generic taste. The service is miserable. I can't count how many bad experiences we have had. Just... Go anywhere else. The only plus is the local business discount.

I have been going to this Outback for years. It's never really packed so I never have to wait to sit. There are some booths around the bar though, & they are self seating which is usually where I like to sit. Blooming Onion is awesome, just big lol Aussie Cheese Fries I always get bc I absolutely LOVE their ranch! It's the best ranch I think I've ever had. It was has like a tangy kick to it. My best friend loves to order chicken tenders tossed in buffalo with blue cheese, & a side of pasta. I usually go on weekday nights, so I don't really know how it gets on the weekend. The shopping center is always packed though bc Cancun Grill is also there.

I would give zero stars if I could. Worst communication I have ever seen at a restaurant. Tried using their call ahead seating. Apparently their call ahead seating is a very complicated formula that is not explainable over the phone. Called at 7:30 and we were told to come in at 8:15. When we arrived we find out that now we had to wait 30 minutes. You're not actually putting your name on the list. Your putting your name on some magical list that lets you wait half the time. This was not explained over the phone. We really could have just arrived at 7:30 instead of waiting to get there at 8:15 when the hostess told us to go. Simply put, we're never going there again. Way too many options out there. There's nothing special about their food anyway.

I must say, Outback isn't what it used to be. I understand, on a Saturday night I expect to wait...But DAMN!!! The wait was overbearing!! I was really scared we might be there for breakfast!!!! Terrible! You would be ok in a group no bigger than 4, but more than that.....Get ready, it will be awhile. Then when we finally sat down, the table was damaged, so I couldn't sit my food or drinks on it, or they would slide. I selected the Porter House because I was hungry as hell, and I knew it was huge. In the past, I remember getting a Porter House, and NEVER being able to finish it....Well, I gulp this one up in no time. The steak was obviously too small to be a Porter House, but I wasn't about to send it back, as I was so damn hungry from waiting over an hour and half! Like I said, OB is not what it used to be..... First time at this location, and last time!!!

I've never had. Problem with this chain. It is easy to go in with positive expectations and walk away satisfied. Looking for a piece of beef with a potato and salad, perfect. This time the fillet hit the bill. And the price is what to be expected as with the rest of the chain locations.

The portion size at this place is terrible. The entree is the size of a kids meal. I will not be returning here again.

Five years have passed since my last disastrous visit to Outback in Miami Lakes. This past week I decided to order some takeout. I live nearby and I didn't feel like driving far so I decided to take a chance. I perused the menu online and saw the seared peppered ahi tuna. It looked delicious. So did the steakhouse salad. I ordered both. I was able to pick up my meal after driving around looking for parking for 15 minutes (I expected this). When I opened the Styrofoam box at home I was shocked. The steak was as cold as my salad. Not warm.... cold. Heating it up did not help matters as it was tough and rubbery. The salad was wilted and pinkish. Lettuce turns pink due to oxidation which occurs after it is exposed to air for a long period of time. Not good. The blue cheese was sparsely mixed in the salad and had a pungent smell. I tossed the salad and gave the steak to my Pug. He was exceedingly grateful. I opened the tuna box with great trepidation. I ordered the regular size and it consisted of 7 pieces of paper thin tuna sashimi 1/2 the size of a business card. It been tossed in the box along with some more warm pinkish lettuce. I couldn't feed this to my Pug ... and I was hungry ....so I cleared off the lettuce and took a bite. It tasted ok...I ate all 7 pieces in two bites. For 13 bucks this must be the biggest rip off on the menu. Practically starving, I sat back in my dining room chair and stared at the bill... almost 30 bucks. I scratched my head and wondered how I could have done this to myself again.

This Outback location is very slow on service our Waitress Jennifer was very clumsy she almost spilled water on me but my steak was good and the chili cheese fries were pretty good I would give it 3 stars because of the food

The best part of the meal was the bread they bring you. My alfredo pasta tasted nothing like alfredo. It was bad.

Disappointed in our curbside order today. Did the online order 3 times at confirmation received error . Finally called to place order was told 20 mins. 40 mins later food was brought out and barely warm. Side salads were 1/2 the size that we normally get. The ribs and chicken way overlooked rubbery. The Joey steak tenderloins portion equalled the size of 1 rib! this will not feed any child over age 2! And as well overcooked chewy my child described it as . Overall portions were super small except the burger looked normal size but had a whole bottle of mustard on it. Fries portion 1/2 normal amount if that. everything looked kid size . 70.00 for 2 adult meals (1 being a burger &Fries) and 1 kids meal should be on point for this amount of money.

Who knew! I am not an Outback fan but it was close to the hotel and not many other options. Found just what I wanted. Service was a little slow for the time of afternoon I was in, but OK because I was not in a hurry. Food looks great. I might have to put them back on my list.

Horrible customer service. I must've had to look for my waitress 4 times for a refill, the food is alright. Cheese fries will always be legendary, but that's about it.

I love steak but no offense to outback but your meat is not the best. Your service and food selection is great. I love the salmon and of course the bread. I will always come back but if you're looking for a good cut of meat outback is not the place.

The steak was as expected. ..good...the mash potatoes had raw peal in it, the free bread had green mold on it. I asked for a side of Ausi-fries and got literally 7 fries with cheese on my main dish plate...not a side order. Horrible service day for a good place.

Service was slow but....for a franchise restaurant the food was delicious. Coconut shrimp was savory and sweet (love that combo) and the dipping sauce was very nice. Tilapia with lump crab stuffing was cooked perfectly with the right amount of seasonings. And of course can NOT leave without the chocolate thunder from down under - simply the best! Pinot Noir (only ONE they offer) was lite and good. Will return

  • Chris P.

The food here is good, and the staff is always friendly. The only issue I have is with the size of their steaks. You'd think with steakhouse in the name, they would be a decent portion. They have a great happy hour and decent beer selection. If it wasn't for the bloomin' onion and happy hour specials, I probably wouldn't return that often.

This has been the Outback nearest me for many years now and not once have i gone in and left unhappy. The waiters/waitresses are great, the hostess are great. The restaurant has always been clean, as well as the bathrooms. I can honestly say this is a great family restaurant. Thank you, and i highly recommend it to anyone.

Can we all say greasy? Because apparently, that's what this place should be called. I used to come here all the time (mainly for their cheese fries), and after this last trip, I will NEVER come back here again. The quality of food has plummeted, and yet the prices remain the same (or higher)! Food was so bad that I didn't eat for a full day after having lunch here because I felt so gross and bloated. The cheese fries we ordered were literally soft from all the soaked up grease, and they had that pale color to them, like they weren't even fully cooked. The food is just so mass produced, it's disgusting. You can tell they just throw everything on the grill/stove/oven whatever they cook with and pop it out. And you leave feeling like a heffer, even after just having a soup or salad. One star just because I have to give some sort of rating.

I had a work week that puts me in the same league as Jack Bauer (wonder why no episode of "24" showed him eating....) You know, the kind of week where lunch is just a quick sandwich at your desk (and keep drawing with your other hand.) Anyway, yesterday being that it was Friday and all, I decided it was time to splurge a little and enjoy a better takeout lunch. This Outback is pretty close to my office, and I decided to place an online order through their very DETAILED online ordering system. It's actually pretty neat, showing you all their menu items, where you order by clicking on it and allowing you to customize (ie no lettuce.) It even asks if you want silverware! You also put in your requested pick up time. I ordered the sweet potato fries, which were sweet enough to hit the spot, and just crispy. Also enjoyed a BBQ chicken burger which seemed on par sizewise with some of the gourmet burger places and was tasty with a good helping of bbq sauce, melted cheese and yummy bacon. Kudos for the extra piece of brown bread that came with the order. I would have liked another packet of sauce for my fries, but Ill just ask for it next time. My takeout hostess was pretty friendly, even calling back with a reminder when I was 15 minutes late to pick my food up, and there were about three or four parking spots reserved for getting to-go orders. At least for takeout, it was a pretty good experience, certainly just above 3 stars. I plan to check it out in the restaurant sometime.

Bad bad bad... This place has a great location and has the potential to be good BUT they are nowhere near good.... Bad service-someone who actually cares should taken control.

I love eating at the restaurant. However, the past two times that I've ordered takeout I have been very unsatisfied. The takeout is much smaller than when you sit and eat there for the same price. Pretty unfair.

Service was great! Its outback steakhouse so you know what to expect. Nothing fancy just a good steak and potatoes type of dinner at a chain food restaurant. I personally love outback. *wedge salad = A+ *french onion = A++ 6 oz sirloin = A we went on a Wednesday and we ate 2 for $25 one appetizer, two entrees with a side and one soup and one salad between the both of us. That's tough to beat. Great meal for Wednesday on a budget!!!!

  • Christine T.

I literally live 0.2 miles away and order takeout almost every weekend. If I reviewed this outback on takeout solely, it would get 5 stars. They also get the order right, provide bread and butter and usually give me extra sauce. However the last two times that I actually went inside and had a waiter, I had atrocious service. Last time I went with my two nieces, sister and mother. The waiter looked at us with disgust since we had two children behaving like children. He ran away from us and never came by to ask us if we needed anything or refilled our drinks. When he came to give us the bill he just dumped the bill and ran off.....no thank you for coming or have a nice day. And he forgot our dessert we ordered to go. I don't think having children is a crime and I hope he doesn't have any! Basically, I'll avoid eating inside and just order to go

  • Emily G.

For a chain restaurant, I really expect better. I feel sitting near or at the bar area is a much better dining experience compared to the main dining area. Last night, we waited 55 minutes for a table, then our food took over 45 minutes to get there. Our evening that began at 7, ended at 10 pm. After waiting all that time, our food came out cold. Anytime I sit in the regular dining area, it's always a disaster, but when I sit by the bar, the service is completely different! That's my personal advice if dining here.

  • Jason K.

i had the worst outback meal of my life here. I ordered the outback special which came out in the form of an old smelly piece of meat. I sent it back only to get my food undercooked again. i will never set foot in this location again

  • Kim B.

Because this location is often busy, we like to sit/eat at the bar 1) love the tray that makes eating at bar easy 2) always helpful, friendly bartenders at this location 3) gotta love their happy hour! Outback seems to be one of the last casual chains that offer quality product in a clean, friendly environment.

  • Ellen K.

We ordered my favorite appetizer, a bloomin onion. Part of the onion was undercooked & part was dried out & couldn't be chewed. If they cooked it any longer, however, the batter outside would have been burnt. When I told the manager, he explained it's the quality of the onion they've been getting. He wasn't very cordial, however & borderline rude. Also, my steak was supposed to be medium, it came medium well to well done around the edges. At the end, the manager took the onion off the menu. Very disappointed and my next visit to the area, I won't be going back. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!.

Always on point! Love love love the layered cheese fries with their ranch sauce! The wall-a-be-darn is awesome as well as their bar tender Danny! Their salads are usually fresh and it's a nice environment.

Sunday tradition...party of 3 no less than $100 bill. We enjoy eating at this location despite the long wait time. Rarely do we have complaints in the taste of our food or the service. When we've had issues the managers have always been pleasant and helpful. This weekend we experienced poor customer service from the manager as well as dissapointed on food preparation. Our kids steaks were medium rare when we asked for well done. The adults steaks were not flavorful. Our excellent waiter was very attentive and tried to assist. The manager Tanya/ Tania brought back the same steak as it was cut into pieces , burnt and with same fries which were now cold and fresh ketchup. My kids were hungry and couldn't eat the now rock hard meat. The manager came back with the bill and informed me outback re cooks the food that customers return if they are not of their liking...I felt offended and explained I've never been to an outback that has ever done this. She spoke loudly other customers heard the conversation making me feel embarrassed and bragged on her 18 year profession with outback. I was so dissapointed in her actions. The waiter received his great tip on a bill of $130. I will make sure this goes to cooporate regarding the managers way of handling the situation. Three stars for wait times over 45 min on the weekend, food quality four stars , customer service on past experiences four stars.

  • David S.

They dropped our food after a 50 min wait for a table and a 40 min wait for them to cook it. They didn't comp our food even though it took so long. Don't get the petite filet because it is too small to order medium rare. Never seen a filet less than an inch thick.

Service really sucked today. It took an hour to bring our food, the waiter brought me sweetened ice tea when I ordered unsweetened, they did not bring bread with the shrimp on the Barbie, they did clear the appetizer plates from the table and waiter did not ask if we wanted more drinks when drinks were completely empty. Folks in the next table were getting a dose of crummy service as well, the manager showed up at their table apologizing for something they did wrong. My Alice Springs chicken was as good as always but the wife's mahi meal sucked--fish seemed to have been frozen

Great Happy hour until 7pm. Great for groups. We were a group of 18 women and we had a great time. Service i prompt and food is good. Love the Wallaby Darn drink and the blooming onions. The Chicken Quesidilla and Alice Spring Chicken is great. There bread is always warm and delicious.

I don't know what it is recently but I have been in a funk. I usually see the good things in everything and everybody but man Outback sucks. The location sucks, the food sucks, the doors that open up this temple to the god of suck, sucks. The baked potato was inedible. How do you mess up a baked potato?!? The waiter wasn't to bad but it was like he wanted to be sucky and didn't know how. The prices left me impecunious (look it up). Which trust me, SUCKS The reason this place gets one star is because now I know not to go back and because I have to Yelp does not suck =) i feel better now

I'm basing this review on the several times that I have been there from over 2 years ago, to my most recent trip tonight. As far as the food goes, it's pretty much always the same in every outback. I like the food. The Cesar dressing is good and my new favorite is the seared ahi tuna. As for service, its horrible. I went tonight, ordered and appetizer, my boyfriend ordered a steak with mashed potatoes and a soup as a side, and for my meal I ordered a Cesar salad with mashed potatoes. His soup came out first, without a steak...without an appetizer. Then my salad. "Okay...." I thought thinking I guess some places to it this way. Then came his steak, then my salad. Okay now something was definitely wrong, as we never got our appetizer. Our server barely even checked up on us. We had to flag him down and ask for it. When we did we were already due for a refill. It took 5 minutes for a refill on water to arrive to our table....ridiculous. We finally got our appetizer after our meal and waiting a few extra minutes. I originally wanted dessert, but was tired of the poor service. Didn't even give the waiter a full 15%. Another time I went was for my birthday and it was 45 minutes before closing time and it was unusually empty. Our server acted like he just wanted my friends and I to get the hell out of there. He was quick and rude. Some birthday dinner. If you're craving outback and live in the Hialeah/Miami lakes area, I guess this is the closest one, but if you're looking for a place to eat, save the hassle and go else where.

Outback's aren't my favorites but my wife and kids love it so I am always looking for one that I can get in and out of without crazy lines. If you familiar with South Florida you know you can sit outside a restaurant for 40 minutes or more especially in West Broward. What I love most about this Outback is just that, there's rarely a waiting line. The food is your typical Outback and the service isn't bad at all. I make the drive to Miami Lakes rather than go to the one off Griffin or Pines without a problem. Keep it up Outback Miami Lakes.

What a dump. Asked for medium steak, received a raw piece of meat. Burned outside, all red, dry, white fat. Must have been quite forzen. Waiter offers to 'cook it up' for. No apology, no other options for meal. It was such an unpleasant sight the folks eating with me could not finish their meals. Turned down the generous offer to recook and skipped the meal altogether; this took the waiter by surprise. Done here.

The meals at outback are consistently good all over the country. This place is no exception. When I want a steak, this is the chain that I go to. Pretty good service and typical 'outback' ambiance.

I am not sure which was more appalling, the service or the food. My friend ordered the Outback Special and the steak was served almost completely uncooked. The waiter was incredibly rude when it was explained to him that the steak was completely raw. It took a great deal of time to get served in the first place. So combine the slow service, with the crappy attitude and complete bungling of an order, and I give this Outback a resounding Stay Away review!

Food is average at best, depending on the day. The service is almost always generally bad and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place.

I love the Outback. You cannot beat their Sirloin steak with a sweet potato and some broccoli. YUMMMMMYYYYY.. The bloomin onion? Yes its greasy but oh so good. Their soups are pretty solid too. Something for everyone. This is one of those chains that remains consistent on every level. You go to one, pretty much you KNOW you will get the same thing every time no matter where you go. The only thing that will differ is the service, and I haven't had bad service yet. Throw some shrimp (and steak) on that barbie my friend and call me one happy biotch.

I was disappointed the last time I had dinner here. Outback used to be the "I-don't-want-to-drive-very-far-but-I-want-a-good-meal" place in Miami Lakes. Now, it's worth driving a little to get a REAL good meal. Step your game up, Outback. The last time I went it was really empty, so I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels it's been slacking.

I'm not really a fan of Outback but I came to this location twice & had to yelp about it. Both times the waiters were super nice and knowledgeable..they also scored points with my overdue pregnant friend who is hard to please. The food was fresh & delicious. My first visit I had some grilled chicken with tomatoes and broccoli. The florets were the biggest and greenest I've ever seen. And then I had a pineapple maragarita for 4.50!! You can't beat that. I'd most certainly come back.

Food is the same crap as everywhere else at Outback but the service is what really could improve. Last night I sat at the bar and ordered to go while I had a glass of wine. I was very specific about the steak (no seasonings but only salt and salt on the side just in case) Got the food, went to my hotel and oh surprise, no silverware, no salt and all around crap service. Called Outback and spoke to the manager wo asked me if I wanted to come back to pick up silverware, really? It was raining so I declined. I just hate it when they tell you ... 'well, they are SUPPOSED to give you silverware on every to go order' ... Mo crap Sherlock but what Ty key are supposed to and what they do are two different things. I travel to the area a lot and have been there at least once a month, not more.

They food at this location is just okay. The only reason I come here often is because it's close to my house and it's really convenient to just pick up some food and head home. I usually just order my food to go but the other day I actually eat at the restaurant. The quality of the food was definitely a lot better when I ate it there. I don't feel that their menu has a lot of variety so that's definitely another downfall. Overall it's pretty average.
